A Healing Word
PEACE Ephesians 4:31-32
" Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
And be ye kind to one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."
These are God's standing orders for each and every one of us. They show us the way to have peace and harmony in our lives.
Why was God so specific in this scripture? It's because He knows these things are not from Him. He wants us to know that these specific words, thoughts and feelings we may encounter are from the devil and how strong these weapons the enemy uses are. He knows and wants us to know that the devil uses these to break down and destroy the blessings God has for us when we allow them into our lives. The devil knows if he can sway us to operate in any of these areas we then fall into his world and under his rule of steal, kill, and destroy. But God knows the plan of the enemy and when Jesus was sent to the cross for us He broke that yoke of the devil. God wants us to remember that and He wants us to get that revelation in our spirit so when these things arise in our lives we will realize where it is coming from and take authority over it. We therefore defeat it before the devil can turn it into something it is not. God also knows that the devil is lurking behind every door, hiding in every shadow, always at the ready to throw these thoughts and feelings at us when a situation arises. But " Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world." Thank You Jesus !!!
In verse 31 God clearly tells us when we experience these thoughts or feelings in our lives what to do with them. " Put them away from you." Don't let them control you as they are only meant to hurt and destroy. Under the authority Jesus has given us, take control of these devil sent emotions and send them right back to the one who sent them.
We have to understand that when we fall into these devil sent snares we put up walls, block and handcuff God making it hard, if not impossible, for God to work on us and through us. Look at bitterness, wrath, and anger. When we feel these emotions rise up in us do we not act irrationally? Don't we make decisions we later regret? When we allow these emotions to manifest in our lives and take control what happens? We open our mouths and speak evil, sending word curses to other people therefore opening ourselves to receive them right back.
We must realize that this is not from God and not of God. How are we supposed to show people God's love in our lives if we allow the devil to use us in this way? We must not allow the enemy to use us with these weapons of mass destruction. We are made in God's likeness and image. He lives in each of us and the Bible clearly states God is love, not bitter or angry. He is our strong tower, our provider, our peace, our healer, the joy in our lives.
Have you ever seen someone full of bitterness, wrath, and anger enjoying life? Are they smiling all the time, always trying to do the right things? No not at all, they are miserable. So when the devil tries to send these things your way, take the authority Jesus gave you over that situation. Rebuke those thoughts. Don't accept them and be miserable. Instead, show God's love and watch what He can do. You will be very surprised at the outcome.
In verse 32 God tells us what His way is. The only way to peace and tranquility, the way that we open the windows of heaven so God can pour out His blessings on us, is to be kind one to another. Be tenderhearted, no matter what the situation is. And the big one FORGIVE.
I believe unforgiveness is one of the devils greatest weapons he uses against us. If he can keep us under his control by our unforgiveness God can't move in our lives. Matthew 6:14 states:
"For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you." No matter what you have done or where you have been, if you forgive those who have come against you, you will be forgiven. It's unconditional, it's His promise!
But we have to realize there is a very important down side to that also. Matthew 6:15 states:
" If ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
And that's right where the devil wants you -- in a place where you have handcuffed God and the devil has control over you and your situation. God gave us His Son on the cross for all of us no matter what transgressions we have done or sins we have committed. Christ at the cross has forgiven us. But we must repent and ask for forgiveness and when we do we instantly defeat the devil and all the fiery darts he has thrown at us. When we finally take that stand against the devil, God clearly promises us in Psalm 103:12
" As far as the east is from the west, so far hath He removed our transgressions from us."
If God has forgiven and forgotten our transgressions then why are we holding onto that unforgiveness, that bitterness, that anger? Release it! Send it right back to the devil and tell him to get behind thee. When you do that you will open up the windows of heaven. You have then taken the handcuffs off God and He will release upon you all His love, peace, joy , and wholeness. God will break whatever bondage the enemy has on your life. No longer will you fall victim to the enemy's strongholds where nothing but turmoil, anger, and despair reign. You have been given the authority to control every situation that arises, it's always a choice. Jesus died on a tree so you would have that choice. Choose life not death. Don't let bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness control your life. Life is too precious to let the devil steal even one minute of God's love that He has for you and for others through you.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray that the bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking and unforgiveness that may be in our lives be broken right now. We bind all that is of the devil and all his evil ways and cast them out of our lives in Jesus name. Father we forgive all who have come against us and ask for Your forgiveness in our lives. We repent for our transgressions and sins. We thank you for Your Son who was crucified on the cross for us so we may have life everlasting, free from the devils torment. We ask the Holy Spirit to come and live inside of us and fill us with Your love. Father, Marlene and I ask you to heal each and every person and that they may come to know your love and walk in victory over darkness forever. Amen.
PRAY1 Thessalonians 5:17-18
"Pray without ceasing.
In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
Prayer is the language of heaven and it is prayer which moves God.
I often wonder why we talk to our earthly friends in detail about things that bother us and everything good that's happened to us, yet when it's time to talk to God we pray in headlines. Somewhere along the line we seem to have gotten things backwards.
First you have to ask yourself how do you see Jesus? Do you see Him as a friend? Do you give Him the time that you would give a friend? Do you realize that " every good and perfect gift comes from the Father"?
When you get this concept into your heart, as opposed to just in your head, it becomes a natural thing to " pray without ceasing."
We need to give thanks in everything. He is always with us, He will never leave or forsake us. Thank Him for this the next time things get rough. Thank Him for carrying you when you don't think you can take another step. Thank Him for being there and being your best friend. It's much easier going through something with a friend, who won't condemn or look down on you, no matter where you have been or what you have done, than without one. A friend loves you unconditionally.
We also need to understand that prayer doesn't heal. God does. If you're sick in body, spirit, finances, or in lack in any area of your life, try talking to Jesus about it the same way you would talk to your earthly friends. He is the only one who can give you the strength to take the authority over an illness or situation you may be facing. Often we're just too sick or lack that strength to take a firm stand against the enemies attacks, but with Jesus He will give you that strength as well as victory, direction and comfort.
He really is an awesome God but He's also an awesome friend. Try talking to Him throughout your day just like you would a good friend and you will find your day will become alittle bit brighter no matter what is being put before you.
Remember, prayer is a privilege.
Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for the privilege of coming before You today. We ask that the Holy Spirit direct Your people to pray, to just talk to You Lord. We ask that they be comforted by Your presence. We thank You for being our friend and caring about everything in our lives. Heal your people Lord and we give You all the honor and glory in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
TRUTH
Proverbs 8:7
" For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips."
Lets look at that for a moment and understand what this is saying.
" For my mouth shall speak truth" What is truth saints? It's the Word of God
In John 1:1 the Bible states:
" In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."
The Bible or the Word of God is all truth and all it's promises that come with it, It's God's spoken Word. When we realize that all the promises of the Bible, as it is a book of promises from God, is ours. Then and only then will we know where the truth is and where there is truth there is life. So when the Bible says " For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips." You must believe that is what God is telling us to do. God is not telling us to go around speaking lies and wickedness is giving life to my lips. NO! We must realize what comes out of our mouths is life or death. We have to realize the power of the tongue has destroyed nations, has kept you in poverty, sick and under the devils control. When we speak wickedness that is what we receive, You are what you speak, understand that. If you want to stay in sickness, then when someone asks you how you are doing tell them how sick you are and you will find that your sickness will grow and have a life of it's own. It won't get better it gets worse. When you tell somebody how poor you are you actually get poorer and you will stay in that poverty. You are what you say you are. God tells you to speak truth, His truth. Speak life not death. Speak health over your life and prosperity and wholeness not sickness and poverty. We live by faith not by sight. Don't look at your situation and see it the way the devil wants you to see it. Look at it and speak God's promises over it and by faith believe His word is truth and you will see healing and prosperity will be your way of life.
But understand this is not where the devil wants you. When you speak life over a situation in Jesus name, everything that is not of God must and will flee and the devil knows he is defeated. Don't let the devil get hold of those lips, he will try to use them to bring nothing but destruction to your life and anybody around you. In John 8:32 the Bible states;
" And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Once you know the truth and start to speak it over your life all that Jesus promised, health, happiness, joy, peace etc. will be yours and the truth shall make you free, anything different is a lie and we know who the father of lies is.
In John 8:44 Jesus was speaking to those who rejected Him, it states:
" Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."
But now you go to John 14:6 where Jesus states:
" I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the father, but by me."
And now that we know who is the liar and destroyer in our lives, we also now know who is the truth and the giver of life. Jesus puts it all together in this next scripture when He states in John 14:14;
" If ye ask anything in my name, I will do it."
When you understand that, that is the point where your faith will now kick in. Believe that what ever you asked for will come to pass. Jesus who is truth has already said he will do what you ask, if you ask in His name. If this is not true then Jesus becomes a liar and we already know who is the father of lies.
If you change this stating : For my mouth shall speak lies or negatives you're going to get the devil.
If you speak the Word of God: For my mouth shall speak truth or positives you're going to get Jesus.
What you speak will yield your results.
Keep wickedness an abomination to your lips and keep the devil out of your life.
Speak life and not death over your situation and cut the enemy off at the pass. Remember life and death are in the tongue. " For my mouth shall speak truth." And that's where there is life and wholeness. Truth is the Word of God and all it's promises to those who believe.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank You for this knowledge to realize what comes out of our mouth and from our lips is life or death. Thank You for showing us through Your Word that it is the only truth and all else is lies. Thank You for the knowledge that our words of truth can bring to every situation we may face, that Yours is to bring life and hope, not death and despair. Thank You for Your Son who was sent to the cross for us, so we may live in your fullness and have life eternal. By the anointing You have placed on Marlene and my life, we ask You to heal Your people, NOW, and we give You all the glory and honor in Jesus name. Amen. FEAR
Isaiah 41:10
" Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
It is said that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. The Bible says fear is of the devil so let's understand that. But let me clear something up, the Bible also says we are to have fear of the Lord. That type of fear is in reverence, knowing God is all powerful and He can do anything. He has all power and strength in heaven, on earth and under the earth. God is in complete control, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We are to worship and honor His power and know He is a force not to come against.
So when the Bible talks about: " fear not, I am with thee ", it is talking about the fear the devil will use to try to defeat you. You have nothing to fear when you know God is with you and He states that very clearly, " for I am with thee". He is your comforter in your times of trouble. He will deliver you out of anything you are going through if you just reach out and ask Him to.
Fear is a powerful tool the enemy uses against us. But first we must realize who is the author of that fear and once we see it is the devils work you now can take control of that situation. Jesus has given us all power over all the works of the devil. It's your's, Jesus died for us to have it. Use that power and defeat the devil right where he stands, don't let him take another step in your life. Send him back with all his sicknesses and diseases and fears to the pits of hell where he belongs. You have that authority and power to do that and also know you have all the power and authority of the King of Kings backing you and with you.
" Be not dismayed". Don't worry. Don't let turmoil or confusion or wavering come into your life. Know without a shadow of a doubt that God is your God, that He loves you and cares about you and everything you do. He does not want sickness and disease to come into your life. But He knows we are human and that there are times that we get attacked in our bodies and minds but He wants us to know He is still and always will be on the throne. He is there for each and every one of us. He is our healer. So be not dismayed no matter what situation the devil is throwing at you. God is thy God, your personal God. He is there just for you and all your needs. The Bible says He knows the number of hairs on your head. He created you in His likeness and image and He wants you to live your life full of love, joy and wholeness. Just reach out to Him and He promises He will reach out to you and "heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord".
"I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee" God is your strong tower. He is your fortress, He is the mortar as well as the bricks. His strength is your strength and no weapon formed against thee shall prosper. He will help you through every situation that is presented before you if you ask. With God's strength, wisdom and helping hand, the devil is defeated no matter what the world is saying about a situation you may be facing. The Bible say's " God is love", and His love for you will strengthen and help you. It will encourage you and be with you forever and forever, Amen.
" yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." When you are in the right hand of God, nothing, I mean nothing, can harm you. When the fight seems to get to weary, when you think nobody cares, when you think you are at the end, when you think the devil has won, when you can't take another step, when you don't have one ounce of energy left, do you wonder if God is really there? The answer is; yes He is. The Bible states: " He will never leave you or forsake you". He hears your cries and when you reach up to him He will reach down to you and will cradle you in His right hand of righteousness. He will reach down and lift up your arms and carry you when you can't take another step. He will uphold you when there isn't an ounce of energy left. He loves you and He cares. He will defeat the enemy if you just believe in Him. He will send the angels to encamp around and protect you. In His right hand of righteousness He will give you rest and comfort, a place of refuge against the enemy. He will show you the lighted path and be with you every step of the way. All you have to do is ask. He will always be there waiting for you with His right hand extended. God loves you.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask you to open our spiritual eyes and ears so we can hear your voice and receive the knowledge of your wisdom and see and hear the enemy for what he is. We ask that fear and dismay be defeated in our lives and that Your strength and help be with us always. We thank you for upholding us even when we are not worthy. We thank you for your son, Jesus, who went to the cross for each of us so we may have life free from all the works of the devil. We thank you for your right hand of righteousness that holds us in your care. Father, Marlene and I ask you to heal your people now from all the works of the enemy. We ask that wholeness come into their lives and your loving presence fills them by the Holy Spirit. We give you all the glory and honor in Jesus name. Amen. TRUST
Psalm 121:1-2
" I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord which made heaven and earth."
Throughout the Psalms we're repeatedly told to look to the Lord for our help. He is our keeper, our provider, our healer, our fortress, a very present help in time of trouble. He is our heavenly Farther. He's the Lion of Judah. Lions protect what is theirs.
My question then is, are you looking to the source? So often we look to man, stand in prayer lines week after week, and try repeatedly to get an audience with the pastor so that we can ask for prayer for a problem.
There's nothing wrong with asking for prayer but when you depend on that other person to do your praying for you a problem has been created. You are then looking to them as your source.
God never slumbers or sleeps. He doesn't go on vacations and He's never too busy to hear you. He knows what you need before you ask. He knows everything about you and He can and will help you if you'll just ask.
We have to remember that God shares His glory with no man. That's because no man can do what God can do. He died on a tree for you; He saved you from the accident that just happened in your rear view mirror. How much more will He do? His Word is filled with promises for you. Take Him at His word.
It's time for His people to get on their face before Him. It's time to thank Him for all of our blessings. It's time to take our problems to Him and trust Him to fix every one of them. It's time to stop running around for a word when we're capable of getting one directly from Jesus. Nothing is too hard for our Lord-- nothing. All we have to do is ask. Get alone with God and when it's just the two of you let your requests be known. Just talk to Him as you would your best friend because that's what He is. Develop that relationship and then give Him room to move by trusting and believing His Word to be truth.
Watch Him work through the problems in your life. Develop the faith of a child. His miracle working power is astounding.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for being our source, our healer, our provider, our Savior. We thank you for always being there for us even though we don't deserve it. Lord help us to no longer look to man for the solution to our problems but to look to You as You are the only answer. Lord we ask You to send the Holy Spirit into our lives to guide us and show us the only true path for us to follow. Show us the righteous path where only Your light shines so we can live in your loving embrace full of grace and mercy. Protect us from the firey darts of the enemy. Father by the gift of healing You have placed on Marlene and my life we ask You to heal your people, free them from every bondage the devil has placed on them. Make them whole NOW by the name above all names our Savior Jesus. We give You all the glory and honor for what You have done, are doing, and are going to do in our lives. Amen.
HEALING
Exodus 15:26
"...I am the God that healeth thee"
One of the statements we have heard is; maybe God put this sickness on me for some purpose to teach me something.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!
Did Jesus ever put any sickness on anyone, anywhere in the Bible? NO!!!
When people came to Him for healing did He say to them, "No it's not my will to heal you, you haven't suffered enough yet."
NO, NOT ONE TIME!!!
It's always and will always be God's will to heal you.
Let me give you just a few scriptural backups to this:
Psalm 103:3
" Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases."
Psalm 107:20
" He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."
3 John 2
" Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."
As I said these are just a few. The Bible also tells us to see God look at Jesus.
John 14:9 Jesus tells us,
" He that hath seen me hath seen the father."
John 10:10 states,
" Believeth thou not that I am in the father, and the father in me? The words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself; but the father that dwelleth in me, He doeth the works."
So if you want to see God at work and the will of God, look at Jesus.
John 6:38 tells us" Jesus is the will of God in action."
Let me ask you again did Jesus go around making people sick? NO!!!
Acts 10:38 states
" How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power; who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him."
Now understand these encompassing words " healing all that were oppressed of the devil."
That means under Jesus's Ministry, everyone that was healed was oppressed of the devil. In other words, the devil is the author of all sickness and disease. Jesus healed all who were oppressed of the devil. Not half, not three quarters, ALL!!!
Now an important thing we all have to remember in Hebrews it declares: " Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever"
The same Jesus that healed thousands of years ago is the same Jesus who is healing today and will continue to heal forever. When we call upon the name of Jesus, devils must flee, sickness and disease must go. When we call upon the name of Jesus while in the devils bondage we will be set free. " Who the Son sets free is free indeed", All the power of the universe and beyond is in the name of Jesus.
Jesus doesn't bring any storms on people, we see Him calming the storms. Remember the story on the sea of Galilee. Jesus was asleep in the back of the boat, when a violent storm arose and the disciples awoke Jesus and said " Master, carest thou not that we perish?" The disciples thought they were going to perish at sea.
Jesus awoke and rebuked the wind. You have to understand He wasn't rebuking something He created. He was rebuking something the devil had stirred up.
So when storms in your life show up, don't blame God, rebuke the one who did the stirring in the name of Jesus. You have that authority. Jesus gave it to each and every one of us.
Realize God is in the healing business, not the sickness business
Realize God is in the delivering business, not the bondage business.
So the next time a storm comes your way understand where it is coming from and by the authority of Jesus of Nazareth send it right back to the one who sent it, the devil!!
Father in the name of Jesus we thank you for sending your Son , the calmer of storms. We thank you for your words, words of life and not death. We thank you for sending the Holy Spirit to be with us and the privilege of You giving us all the authority over all the works of the devil. So we can live in your fullness and love. Father by the anointing You have placed on Marlene and I we ask You to heal Your people, free them of every snare the enemy has them in, NOW, in the name of Jesus. we give You all the glory and honor for all You are doing and going to do. Amen!!
TRUST
Psalm 91:2
" I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust."
The Webster's dictionary defines refuge as:
1. Shelter or protection, as from danger or distress
2. A safe place; asylum
3. Something that brings relief, lessens difficulties, etc.
Lets also look at Websters definition of fortress:
1. A large permanent fort; stronghold.
Lets go a little further and look at the root word of fortress and that is fort. Websters definition is:
1. A military enclosure armed and equipped against enemy attacks.
What we must understand is that we are in a daily battle against the devil it's a form of military battle in the spirit world. That's why God tells us in Ephesians 6:13-17 what we have to do to have victory in our lives. It reads:
" Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God."
When we do this and stand on this promise of God, and put on this devil busting armour there is nothing the devil can do but to leave us. He is utterly defeated. It doesn't matter what that stronghold is, it has to go. Because God's Word is truth and it is life and His Word does not come back void it will accomplish all it says it will. In Proverbs 30:5 it states,
" Every Word of God is pure, He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him."
The armour of God is a believers weapons of mass destruction but we must put it on daily. Why daily? You don't think the devil just comes at you once or twice a week? No, he tries to come at us every minute he can. He is at work twenty-four hours aday, seven days aweek. So we have to be at the ready fully protected with the armour of God. And when we do that victory is ours and we send the devil packing. No matter what that situation is you're facing it is defeated in the name of Jesus.
Lets go back to Psalm 91:2 it says: " I will say of the Lord". What that is talking about is that you have to open your mouth and " say" or speak. The Bible states there is life and death in the tongue, not life and death in silence. The word say is an action word. Therefore, put your tongue into action and say/speak who is Lord of your life.
Next it says " He is my refuge". So speak it with your tongue and confess to God that He is your refuge. You now put yourself in a place of protection, a shelter, a covering of safety against all the devils works. Psalm 91:4 states when you confess God is your Lord; " He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler."
He will provide a safe harbor in the storm, a light in the darkness and peace in turmoil. He is your rock, your foundation upon which you can rely on to carry you when you can't take another step. He will never leave you or forsake you. That's His promise. Believe it.
Next it states: " and my fortress". Look back at Websters dictionary's definition of fortress, " A large permanent fort, a stronghold. A enclosure armed and equipped against enemy attacks."
God will build a permanent protective wall around you so any; " Arrow that flieth by day, pestilence or destruction" the enemy brings your way won't be able to even scratch the surface of that wall. God has armed and equipped you as previously stated in Ephesians 6:13-17. All we as believers have to do is to put the armour on daily. When we do that God's fortress around you will be impenetrable to the enemy. You will be able to walk and live in the world in complete safety and victory. Your weapons of mass destruction will destroy the devil even before he gets started. He will be running for cover and looking for a place to hide.
But the last part of Psalm 91:2 is a critical part to your survival, to your health, to your wholeness with God. It's what causes your faith to rise up. It is the key that unlocks the door of that fortress of refuge. It states: " my God; in Him will I trust." We must understand that faith in God means we trust Him. Trust in God puts faith into action.
The Lord is our strength. He is our strongtower. There is a decision you have to make. You either put your trust in God or you put your trust in the devil. There is no gray area. You either believe God's Word of promises or you don't. If you don't then you put yourself in the devil's aim of his weapons full of disease, sickness and destruction.
You can't live being double minded, half in this world and half in God's and expect to be whole, living in peace with all of God's blessings. You must completely trust in God and all he has promised no matter what you are facing, His Word is true and full of life. Trust Him to be your refuge, your fortress. Confess with your tongue that He is your Lord and watch His mighty hand cleanse you and make you whole in the name above all names, Jesus.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for your Word. We thank you for the provisions you have made for us to walk in victory over all the devil's works. We thank you for your weapons of mass destruction that you have given to us in Your word and the knowledge that these are at our disposal. We know that by putting them on daily You will rebuke the devourer for our sakes. Lord, Marlene and I ask you, by the anointing you have placed on us, to heal your people. From the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet and we give you all the honor and glory in Jesus name. Amen.
LOVE
Psalm 100:5
" For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations."
Psalm 136:1
" O give thanks unto the Lord; for He is good; for His mercy endureth forever."
Each and every day we need to give thanks to the one God, the Living God, that wakes us every morning, that watches over us both by day and by night.
So often we get caught up in the festivities of the day and we begin to think a short prayer before our meal is sufficient. We're asking you on this day to take some time, get alone with God and just thank Him. Thank Him much like you would thank a friend that just did something wonderful for you.
Without His everlasting mercy we would not have even been awakened this morning. He is the one that puts air in your body, He is the one that watched over you throughout the night. He is also the one that died on a tree for you. Because of His death and resurrection you are able to have life and to have it more abundantly.
Everything that you need is at Calvary and has been there for over 2000 years. Your salvation is there. Your healing is there. Your deliverance is there. Your prosperity is there. All we have to do is take it. Everything that Jesus did for us there, He gave to us. It's a free gift just waiting to be claimed by you. Before all the cooking, television, and whatever else you may normally do, take some time to thank the Prince of Peace. No matter what your situation, we all have not one thing but many things to be thankful for. Remember that every good gift is from the Father. Think of Him throughout the day and truly give thanks to the one that is responsible for every good thing in your life. Be thankful and be aware of all that the Lord has provided in Jesus name.
Father we thank You for all You have done, are doing , and will be doing in our lives. Thank You for Your Son who You sent for us so we could have life and have it in all Your splendor and grace. As we give thanks this week, may each of us put You first, as You are the provider of all things, we love You and thank You. Amen.
YOUR AUTHORITY
Mark 11:23
" For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall came to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."
That's Jesus's promise to each and everyone of us !
This is in my opinion one of the most powerful verses's in the Bible. If we can just get the revelation of what this scripture is saying our lives will never be the same. Sickness and disease will no longer have any part in our lives. We will walk in wholeness, one with God in all His love and glory.
The first thing we must understand is no matter what that mountain may be in your life you have complete control of it. You can let it destroy you or you can speak it out of existence. This scripture gives you a complete road map on how to defeat the devil or mountain he has placed in front of you. It doesn't matter if that mountain is cancer, depression, a blood disorder, or anything else the devil has thrown at you. You have the authority over it through Jesus Christ. He bore it all for each of us over 2000 years ago on the cross.
In this scripture there are a few things that are very important for us to realize and get in our spirit.
Jesus said to speak to that mountain-- very important. We need to understand that we can't go around believing in silence that we will be healed. The scripture says we first have to speak to that mountain. Don't talk about it, SPEAK TO IT !
Example: You just got a report from your doctor and you were told you have cancer. You run into a friend and they ask how you are you doing. You begin to tell them about your doctors visit and the report that you were given. You then tell them how lousy you feel and how tired and depressed you are, how you don't think you're going to make and you don't know what you are going to do. That's right where the devil wants you. What you have just done is feed that mountain and it will get bigger and stronger with every negative word that you speak. Now don't get me wrong, we don't deny that sometimes our bodies get attacked with an affliction. What we do deny is the right it has to stay with us. Jesus already took care of that on the cross for us. When that affliction comes your way what you have to do is speak to that mountain and command it to leave in the name of Jesus. You cast it into the sea by the authority Jesus gave you, by His blood that was shed for each of us on the cross. Remember Jesus gave us all the authority over all the works of the devil. You must SPEAK to that mountain. Life and death are in the tongue. Speak with boldness not wavering in anyway. You will find that when you speak with authority and boldness in the name of Jesus the devil must and will leave immediately. But don't make the mistake and think the devil is going to give up that easily. Yes, he has to and will flee at the name of Jesus, but scripture tells us he will try to come back and steal that healing or deliverance from you. You see the devil thought he had you but when you invoked the name of Jesus you pulled the rug out from under him. He is going to try to test your faith to see if your are really serious. He is going to try in put words and thoughts of doubt on you. He is going to see if you are going to stand on the word of God not wavering. He is going to come at you and see if you shall not doubt in your heart. Please understand doubt is one of the devils best weapons that he uses against us. If he can get us to doubt then he has made room for himself to move in our lives. That's when he will come to steal that healing and pull us right back to his destruction in our lives. You must believe that if the Bible says ".. by His stripes ye were healed." then it is so. Doubt is a lie from the enemy and we must realize that if we are going to receive our healing and keep it.
In the Word of God there is no doubt, no wavering on what is truth and what is not. You have to believe that when you speak to that mountain and command it to leave, what you have spoken will come to pass. No matter what it looks like in the natural, God's Word will not return void therefore it will come to pass. Believe it ! All you have to do from that time on is stand on the promise of God no matter what. Anything that tries to get you off that stand is a lie from the devil himself. God's Word is truth and it is life and it is the final word.
The last part of the verse in Mark 11:23 states very clearly if you do all the previous things that verse tells you to do, that's when that mountain in your life is defeated and you shall, not maybe, but shall have whatsoever you saith.
Father in the name of Jesus, we thank You for Your Words of life imparted into our lives. We thank you for sending Your Son, Jesus, to the cross for us so that we have the authority and victory over any mountain the devil puts before us. Thank you that all we have have to do is speak to that mountain and command it to leave and it shall be done by the name of Jesus. Lord, by the gift of healing You have placed on Marlene's and my lives, we ask You to heal Your people. No matter where they are, where they have been, what they have done, no matter what that mountain is they are facing, we command satan out of their lives NOW and speak health and wholeness in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
SALVATION
Mark 16:15-16
"And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."
This scripture is some serious scripture! Eternity is a very long time. We really have no concept of the word eternity. But here we have a choice of spending eternity walking on streets of gold or being damned to hell with Satan and the fallen angels.
I've often heard people say " I'll just go to hell-- all my friends will be there." If that's the case it's time to change your friends if they refuse to meet Jesus.
This ministry has seen some mighty awesome miracles, healings, and deliverances, but there is no greater miracle than salvation. When a person turns their life over to THE HEALER, THE SAVIOR, THE DELIVERER, they have the assurance of walking in victory. No amount of rejoicing takes place with anything like it does when someone says "Jesus, I choose you."
We are in the last days NOW. The Bible tells us what will happen in the last days and people, they are happening. I cannot stress to you the importance of making a decision now.
Jesus said He will come like a thief in the night. Now if you were expecting a thief he wouldn't be able to come in and rob you.
When Jesus comes you need to be ready-- not get ready-- BE READY. The only way you can be ready is to receive Him now.
If something happened now and your life was ended, where would you go?
You see, the Bible says in Corinthians 5:8 "..... to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." The Bible, which is the highest authority because it's Gods Word, doesn't talk about anything in between. When we die there are no second chances. You are instantly in heaven or hell.
Let me ask you. Are you ready to meet Jesus?
Salvation IS the greatest miracle of all. A person's life is totally transformed. Now this transformation isn't instant but little by little you'll see your life change. You will have peace, peace that passes all understanding.
Are you ready? Just say this to Jesus:
Jesus, thank you for dying for me. I believe that you died and rose on the third day. I ask you to come into my life now. Change me, Lord. I turn everything over to You. Forgive my sins. I thank you.

WORSHIP
John 4:23-24
" But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.
God is a spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth."
Now lets really look at that and understand what God is saying about worshipping in spirit and in truth
Verse 23 Spirit- When we worship in spirit we worship with the whole mind, soul, all our feelings,
emotions and desires.
Truth- When we worship in truth, it's in harmony with all revealed, fully exposed, hiding
nothing, no walls, no fallacies, controversies, rituals or offerings.
Saints, You must understand God knows your heart, no matter what you have done or where you have been, God has always been with you. He is seeking and waiting for you to get to that place where you seek Him in spirit and truth so He can pour you out a blessing that you can't even contain. That is His desire. It is time for you to come out from the shadows and into the light and tell God " here I am". With all your fallacies, no walls, but fully exposed. He can fix the broken things and make your paths straight, free from the works of the devil.
Verse 24 tells us " God is a spirit" again lets look at that.
God is a spirit being and when you come into that intimate place of worship, in one accord, spirit to spirit, in complete harmony, you find out He is not the sun, moon, or the stars. He is not an image of wood, stone, or metal. He is not the air, wind, or some impersonal quality. He is the creator and not the created. He is personal and loves each one of us and knows us on a one to one basis. He is our redeemer, savior, healer, our best friend. He is there for us every step of the way but there is a few steps we must take and all it is is to ask, receive and believe. That's it. He has taken care of every thing else.
God is all truth. He can not lie. In Titus 1:2 it states:
" In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began."
You see God is the author and originator of truth and satan is the author and originator of lies. Understand that truth, it will change your life.
When we worship in spirit and truth we come into that personal place, it brings you behind the veil where it is just God and you. The enemy, your neighbor, your friend, your family, can't go. It's that secret place where God dwells in each of us. It's our personal holy place, our fortress built by God for us to commune with Him.
When we truly worship Him we have that intimacy with God, in-to-me-see God, all my hurts, my pains, my sorrows, in-to-me-se God everything that is broken and not of you. As you get to that place of true worship, ask God to reveal some of the things you may not even be aware of, also the broken things you are aware of. Ask Him to cleanse and heal you. Ask Him for His complete restoration, For we are His temple. As spoken in Jeremiah 30:17, " For I will restore health unto thee and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord."
You see when you enter into that place of worship, you will find that God's strength, love, healing, and all the fullness of God is limitless. It's for each and every one of us, personally. A one on one relationship. When you understand that, worship becomes your place of provision, of limitless power. " I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
When you enter into that place of worship, you will find God's true spirit and all encompassing truth. He not only will comfort and heal you, He will instruct and provide for you also.
When we dwell in that secret place of worship all the blessings of God are there for us.
We have His spirit, His truth, His strength, His comfort, His instruction, His provision, His love, His healing, His salvation.
In all these are all His cleansing and restorative power for us, our finances, peace, joy, health and wholeness only He can provide.
So the next time you are at church or in your car or just at home and you start praising God, don't stop there. Go behind the veil, worship God with all spirit and truth so He can fix the broken places and wholeness is what will be your way of life.
Father in the name of Jesus we thank You for these words of life. We thank You for providing that secret dwelling place in each of us so we can dwell with You one on one. We thank You for that place of intimacy through our worship that we can be made whole no matter where we have been or what we have done. We thank You for Your Son Jesus and the sending of the Holy Spirit to be with us. By the anointing You have placed on Marlene and I, heal Your people. We give You all the glory and honor in Jesus name. Amen.
COMFORT
Psalm 23:4
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."
We all walk through the valley of the shadow of death in everyday life. The enemy is everywhere looking to devour us, looking for an opening to come into our life's and destroy us with whatever means it takes. He is an opportunist. He is looking to cast his shadow of death upon you. To bring you to that valley in your life where he is in control with all his sicknesses, diseases and torment. But I have good news it does not say that we walk in that valley and stay and allow ourselves to get beat up and tormented. It says we walk THROUGH that valley with all the authority, majesty and power of the living God with us and in us, unharmed. Because with God we will, not should or maybe, but we will fear no evil for God is with us. When God is with you there is not a demon in hell that can harm you. You have the power over each and every situation in your life. It is a matter of choice. You can chose to allow the devil to control your work place, your home, your health or your mind. This will surely bring unhappiness, sickness, a home full of hatred and guilt, sorrow and pain. It will bring your mind to a place of confusion, doubt and sometimes thinking you are just plain crazy. You see, the Bible states the only reason the devil is here is to steal, kill, and destroy. He does not want you to know that through Jesus we have all power over him, that at the name of Jesus he must and will flee. He does not want you to know that in Philippians 2:10 it states " That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth". He does not want you to know that when you make Jesus your Lord and Savior he is defeated. When you get the revelation that Jesus lives inside of each and every one of us with all His strength and power and when we put that into action he is sent back to where he came from with all his sickness and disease. He does not want you to know that you will not fear him no matter what he has tried to put on you. The Lord of Lords and the King of Kings is your father and as with any loving father He is going to protect you and love you and fight for you no matter what. The devil does not want you to know that the end of the book has been written and we win and he loses. Understand the devil does not want you to know that you don't have to stay and visit and get beat up in his valley of death, that with God you just walk through it with safe passage untouched and with no fear.
God's rod and His staff will comfort you. God being our shepherd and we being His sheep, we are under His protection and watchful eye. A shepherd's rod or club is used for the sheep's defense. It is used to ward off any enemy that may attack His flock. The staff or crook is used for the sheep's protection. When the shepherd's sheep would start to stray he would use the crook to catch him and pull him back into the protection of the flock. Again, God being our shepherd that is exactly what He does with us. His rod is our defense and His staff is our protection and knowing that is where we can be comforted and live our lives free from the devil's shadow of death.
Father in the name of Jesus we thank you for being the Good Shepherd and protecting us from the enemy's fiery darts. Father, thank you for sending your only begotten Son, who died on the cross and was raised up three days later so we can walk through the valley of the shadow of death and fear no evil. Father we thank you for your rod and staff to protect us when the enemy tries to attack us in our lives and that You are always there to guide us back to Your flock when we go astray. Lord by the anointing You have placed on Marlene and my lives, we ask you to heal those who have gone astray and to comfort them as You are our comforter, show them the one and true path, guide them home, where Your peace, love and wholeness abound. We give you all the glory and honor in Jesus name. Amen.
HEALING
John 5:8-9
" Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath."
What is standing between you and your miracle? Perhaps I should ask what is standing in the way of you receiving your miracle? So many times people are blessed with a miracle yet they won't receive it.
Jesus wants us made whole, not sick or broken. 3 John 2 states " Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." It is not God standing in the way, He is the one giving it. So is it the enemy or is it us that stands in the way of us receiving our miracle? The answer is both. As believers we receive a miracle by faith. And without faith when we are blessed with a miracle the enemy is right there to steal it from us before we even realize we were given one. So without faith we block that miracle and let the enemy come in. You must understand faith takes what God has already given.
As in John 5:8-9 do like that man did, don't question what God is doing when He blesses you with a miracle, receive it. Put your faith into action and just believe you are healed and " Rise, take up thy bed, and walk."
We must stop looking at the problem and start looking at the answer. We have to be consistent and unmovable. We can't be moved by what we see but rather by what we believe.
The Bible says that God's Word does not return void. It also says that " By His stripes we were healed." God's Word is truth, therefore we must stand on that truth and not waiver. Sickness has to submit to that truth. Everything must submit to that truth. 2000 years ago that truth was established at Calvary. We can not lose sight of the cross no matter what our bodies feel like or what the Dr. is saying.
Stand on that truth and watch your faith build. Your faith will extend and take hold of that miracle God has for you and the manifestation will be yours.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for Your miracle working power. We ask that our thoughts be directed to the cross where Your Son, Jesus, died for us and rose after 3 days. Lord, be with your people now, heal them. We ask that any hopelessness that they may feel be turned into hope. We ask that they be faithful in prayer as You are faithful in answering. Thank You, Jesus, for Calvary. We give You all the honor and glory in Your precious name, Amen.
LOVE
Luke 6:6,10
" And it came to pass also another sabbath, that He entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered.
And looking round about them all, He [ Jesus ] said unto the man, stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other."
What is standing between you and your miracle? Perhaps I should ask what is standing in the way of you receiving your miracle? So many times we are blessed with a miracle yet we won't or don't receive it. Do you think you're not worthy? Do you allow the devil to steal your miracle? Or is it a faith issue?
First let's set the record straight. You are worthy. You are a child of God. You are joint heirs with Jesus to the kingdom of heaven. You are made in God's likeness and image. If you were not worthy why do you think that God sent His one and only Son to earth to die on a cross for you? Because He loves you that much and that you may have life and have it more abundantly. Also, that you would have all authority over all the works of the devil and enable you to spend eternity in heaven with Him walking on streets of gold. You are worthy and the devil is a liar.
Secondly, something we must all remember, the devil does not want you to receive your miracle. When God touches us in our lives and a miracle occurs, the devil is defeated and God is glorified and that's something the devil hates. The devil will tell you you're not healed, just look at yourself, you still can't get out of the wheelchair, you still can't see out of that eye, you still can't hear in that ear. 1 Peter 2:24 states very clearly "...by His stripes ye WERE healed." God's touch will ignite that revelation inside of us and when our faith catches up with that revelation, that Jesus already has taken every sickness and infirmity on the cross for us, you will get out of that wheelchair, you will see out of that eye, and you will hear out of that ear. There is nothing the devil can do but take his sicknesses and diseases with him as he leaves. When that healing happens immediately do what you could not do before. That's putting your faith into action and the devil is stopped right in his tracks even before he can even get started. Go back to the scripture for this week Jesus said " Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other." He didn't say " Stretch forth thy hand, then lets wait a minute so the devil can have time to tell you, "Don't do that, nothing is going to happen." Again, Jesus said " Stretch forth thy hand." (no hesitation) and then look at what happened when the mans faith was put into action before the devil could put any doubt in his mind. The Bible says " he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other." It's God's promise that we were healed. He is still in the healing business, yesterday, and today, and forever. All we have to do is let that get in our spirit and the devil can never steal that blessing God has for you.
Thirdly, lets look at faith. Faith opens up the windows of heaven and gives God room to move in any situation you may be facing. Faith is giving hope to the hopeless. Faith is knowing God is your provider, your healer, your saviour. Faith is calling those things which be not as though they were. Faith is taking that breath of air which we can not see but knowing that it will fill our lungs and give us life. Faith in God and His power is what defeats the devil and his works and gives us eternal life. Faith is believing with God all things are possible.
Lord, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for your Word. We thank you for your promises through your Son Jesus, that if we just believe all things are possible. We believe in your promises and stand on your Word. We open ourselves up to receive all you have for us. Holy Spirit, we invite you into our lives to guide us in your ways not ours. Lord we give you all the honor and glory for all you have done and will do in our lives. Amen.
AUTHORITY
Matthew 5:14
" Ye are the light of the world. A city that set on an hill cannot be hid."
God placed His light inside each and everyone of us and it is our responsibility to let that light shine. But how can we do that if we let the devil have the authority over our minds and bodies through sickness and disease? We need to take the authority given to us through Jesus Christ at the cross. We need to stand on the Word of God as 1 Peter 2:24 says "...by His stripes we were healed." Send that sickness and disease back to where it came from. Jesus already bore this for us and we have to get it in our spirit that it is not ours to carry. It is a lie straight from the devil himself.
We must realize that we are God's hands and feet here on the earth and He is counting on us to let His light shine through us so that the world might be saved.
In Matthew 5:16 the Bible states:
" Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
First you must understand that this world is ruled by the prince of darkness, the devil. All his death and destruction in our lives is part of the devils dark and evil plan to put that light out, which God placed inside of us.
The light is where there is life and the devil knows this. Therefore, he will try to put every kind of plague, disease and sickness he can on each of us to try to turn us away from that revelation. When we get that in our spirit and walk in that authority he is defeated. He will try to turn our eyes off the giver of light because he knows if we turn away then we will be in darkness and that is his domain. Once that happens he will then take control over our lives and sickness, disease and destruction will then reign.
God put His light in us so we would have all power over the dark works of the devil and those of us who are walking in that revelation are to light the path for all those who have fallen under the devils grip. They will then know and be able to see the lighted path in their time of darkness giving them a hope in their despair. We are to show them , through our good works, If they follow the light they will find life and have it more abundantly and will be free from any darkness in their lives.
We must understand that in God's light that He placed in us there is peace, wholeness and authority. We must understand that when we walk in that authority and let God's light in us and through us shine we get healed, delivered and set free from all the darkness Satan has tried to put on us.
We must understand that all the brokenness in our lives gets put back together again and we become whole as God intended it, free from all the works of the devil.
We must understand that when we take that authority and our lives and bodies line up with the Word of God, then we become living testimonies to the power and loving grace and mercy of God. In God's light there is wholeness, health, prosperity, peace, all the goodness that the giver of light has for each of us. Once we realize that revelation and take our authority, as Matthew 5:16 says, we must "let our light so shine before men" to help deliver them from their darkness.
However, we have a choice to make. No matter what you are going through you can let darkness reign in your life or you can take the authority given to us through Jesus Christ over all the dark and evil works of the devil. It's your choice, let your light shine!!! Remember darkness can't stay where there is light.
Let me give you an example:
Go into a room at night and turn off all the lights and stand there for a minute. You will soon feel the darkness and the heavy sense of confusion -- wondering when you take a step what you may step on. You put your hands out as you try to feel your way through the darkness toward the light switch and hope you don't bump into anything and break it or fall and get hurt yourself. It's a little unsettling and can be down right frightening when there is no direction or light to guide you. We have to realize that is exactly where the devil wants us to be. Without light we are unsure and we can fall victim to a number things.
But now you make it to the light switch and turn it on and instantly the darkness disappears. It leaves the second you turn on the light and a calm comes over you as you can see where everything is and you are now able to take a step and know that you are not going to bump into anything and get hurt. You feel confident and safe.
You see, God's light inside of you works the same way. When darkness comes around you and you let that light shine it has to leave immediately and you feel confident and safe in the knowing that God's light has all authority over the darkness/works of the devil. " Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world."
When you put the authority into action that Jesus gave each of us at the cross and your light shines, that illness or disease must leave you. All you have to do is believe, believe, believe and you are healed and set free of anything the devil has thrown at you.
You now become a testimony before man of God's healing and saving light and the power it has over all the works of the devils darkness. Then your life becomes full of hope, peace, love and health in harmony with God's will in your life. Through your good works men of this world will see the blessings of God on your life and you become a lighted path for those suffering in darkness. They will become attracted to that light inside of you, like a bug around your porch light on a summer's night. That light can lead them out of their darkness and to the truth that God's light is the only way to freedom from the devil because where there is light there is life.
The second half of Matthew 5:14 says;
"...A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid." As you let your light shine you become that city on the hill to shine over every dark valley. You become a witness to God's healing and saving power. You are placed high on the top of the hill in a place of authority and full of life. Where darkness once reigned in your life, your light can shine so bright that it cannot be hidden.
Father in the name of Jesus , we thank you for your light that You have given to each and everyone of us and the power over the darkness of the devil and his works. We thank you for the love you have for us so that we can live our lives free from the darkness of the devil in this world. We thank you for your healing power and saving grace. We thank you for sending your only begotten Son to this world for us so we can have life and all the fullness you have for us. We give you all the honor and glory in Jesus name. Amen.
POWER
Hebrews 13:8
" Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever."
WOW! What an all encompassing scripture.
The same Jesus with all His majesty and power from over 2000 years ago is the same Jesus today and the next day and the next day and forever. He is a now God and He will meet you right where you are. No matter what you are going through, He is alive and wants to be your ever present help.
That same yoke breaking, healing, delivering, loving and saving Son of God is there for each and every one of us. He is there to call on for every situation and in every time of need. He is there to heal us and strengthen and deliver us from the clutches of the devil so we can live our lives in harmony with Him in one accord.
John 3:16-17 says,
" For God so loved the world, that He GAVE His only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world THROUGH Him might be saved."
That is how much God loves you. He made Himself flesh, came to earth and bore all your sickness, disease and sins so you would not have to. He also gave each of us all the authority over the prince of this world. In Philippians it tells you just how much power and authority that is.
Philippians 2:10-11 it says;
" That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
That is all the power that exists over all things. All the power that exists in the universe and beyond has been given to you through Jesus Christ. When Jesus walked this earth performing miracles they were just a sampling of His strength and dominion over the devil and his works. Jesus transferred all that to each and everyone of us for today and forever.
John 14:12 says;
" Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that BELIEVETH on Me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father."
All He is asking from us is to just believe that He is the same yesterday, today and forever and all His power is the same yesterday, today and forever. Anything different is a lie from the devil. Once we realize that power is ours and we walk in that authority, the devil is defeated and anything he throws at us will have no effect and he knows it.
It is time for us to stand up and claim that authority that is rightfully ours and to know:
That the same Jesus that healed 2000 years ago is still healing today
That the same Jesus that delivered 2000 years ago is still delivering today,
That the same Jesus that saved 2000 years ago is still saving today.
He loves us and wants us free from all the devils destroying works in our lives.
Just believe " Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever" and He will break every bondage the devil has on your life and set you free for His glory.
Father in the name of Jesus we come before you and ask for spiritual eyes and ears be opened to see and hear that you are alive today and forever. That Your love for us is without end. That the same power and authority that You demonstrated 2000 years ago never left and is still here today and that You have given us that same authority over all the works of the devil. Anything different from that is a lie from the devil as he is and has always been a liar. Father we ask for Your healing hand to come upon each person who reads this and fill them with the knowledge that You are alive and Your miracle working power is for them who call upon the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.
RESTORATION
Jeremiah 30:17
" For I will restore health unto thee, and heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord."
God knows there are going to be times in life when we are going to take that wrong path and when we do the devil is going to be right there to take advantage of what ever he can. Just as it was with Adam and Eve and has continued throughout the ages, whether it's temptation, manipulation or anything else that is not the will of God, sin is sin and we know that the devil was and is the author of it. His only purpose here is stated in John 10:10 " The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy." But our God is a saving, healing and restoring God and the enemy knows this truth and where there is truth there is life and life everlasting, Amen. No matter what the devil throws at you, disease, sickness, unhealthy thoughts or actions, God will always restore and heal you. All we have to do is ask and receive His restoring power and walk in the authority given us through Jesus Christ over all the works of the devil. Gods restoring and healing power is no match for the devil and the devil knows it.
Jeremiah 30:17 doesn't say the Lord will restore and heal once or twice. It says He will always restore health unto thee, and heal thee of thy wounds. There is no time limit or number of times put on it. Hebrews 13:5 states "... He will never leave you or forsake you". So matter what you are going through, at work, at home, whether it's physical or mental, Gods will is to restore you and heal you. That is something the devil does not want you to get in your spirit because when you do the devil is defeated and he must flee from you.
In knowing that Gods Word is truth and the truth shall make you free, the devil has no more control over your life. You will be free from anything the devil has sent to you and you have the authority to send it back to where it came from.
All that we as believers have to do is ask God to restore and heal us in the name of Jesus. One of the problems we as Christians have is humbling ourselves, asking, and believing. The Bible clearly states that " we have not, because we ask not." John 14:14 states " If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it." That's Jesus' promise to us and it's time for us to stand on the word of God and not waver and stop giving the devil that much control over our lives where he will only bring destruction. Let God restore you so you can have that peace, joy, happiness, health, and all the things God has for your life. Just ask Him and receive, believe and know " Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world."
Father in the name of Jesus we ask for restoration for your people. We pray for strength and wisdom for each and every person to boldly ask and receive your restoring and healing power to flow through their minds, bodies, spirits and souls. We thank you for the grace, mercy and love that You have for each of us no matter what path we may have taken. Restore us to you perfect will. Heal us from every attack of the enemy. Make us whole as we were made in your image and likeness. Thank you for never leaving us or forsaking us even when we were on the wrong path. Thank you for sending your Son to die on the cross for us, so that we can be restored to Your will in our lives. We give You all the glory and honor. Amen
FREEDOM
" He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."
What a powerful scripture. Glory to God!!!!!
God gave us this glorious book called the Bible and in it contains all the answers to every question you will ever have. Gods Word will heal every disease. It will destroy every bondage that the enemy has put on you. It will inspire you, give you Hope, give you peace, give you truth and wisdom and strength to defeat the devil and all his destructive ways over your life.
It is time to take control of every situation in your life. Start by reading your Bible daily, even if it's just a verse or two. The Bible tells us we are to renew our minds daily with the Word of God. That's where the power comes from. We are in a spiritual war daily and how are we to win this war if we don't know who or what we are fighting and what weapons are at our disposal to defeat this enemy? It's in the Bible for each and everyone of us.
As believers the days are over to just be a Sunday Christian. The devil is trying to destroy you each and every day and Jesus gave us the authority over all the works of the devil, not just Sunday but every day. As Psalm 107:20 says; " He sent His Word", that's where our authority, strength and power comes from.
" and healed them", His Word carries all the healing power, over every sickness, disease and bondage that exists in your life. You just have to believe, no matter what the situation looks like. The Bible says, " He will never leave you or forsake you". That's unconditional. Praise God!!!
" and delivered them from their destructions." God realizes we are human and that we are going to make mistakes and through those we may open the door for the devil to come in and try to destroy us. That is part of the reason why He sent His Word and "... gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16. Jesus was and is Gods Word in the flesh and all you have to do is just believe. Thank you Jesus!
Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for your Word, we thank you for your unconditional love you have for each of us. Lord as we go through each day, we thank you for your presence in our lives. We thank you for the authority You have given us over all the works of the devil through your Son, Jesus Christ. Who was crucified on the cross and rose from the dead three days later for each of us so we can live in all the fullness You have for us. Father as You have placed the healing mantle on Marlene and Myself, we ask You to send Your healing power and saving grace through us and through these words You have directed, to heal and make whole each person who reads them, in the name above all names, JESUS! We give all the glory, honor and praise. Amen!
